– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
– Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
– Unboxing video is mandatory for claims.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for exchanges are non-refundable, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
